Really Cool Foods is a high quality food processor that specializes in preparing ready-to-eat meals and entrees. Their successful business had outgrown their existing operation in Syosset, NY and they needed a new, state of the art facility to accommodate the growing demand for their gourmet product line. BD Engineering provided the design for the new 60,000 sf food processing facility with the capability to expand to 360,000 sf as the business grows. Also part of this project was the design and construction of their new corporate headquarters. The office was designed to meet the LEED Gold certification level
