Fresh Direct Corporate Headquarters & Food Processing & Distribution Center

This project consisted of the new construction of a 650,000 sq. ft. corporate headquarters, processing and distribution center located adjacent to the Harlem River in Harlem River Yards. The office component is approximately 80,000 sq. ft. of class A office that included offices, conference rooms, test kitchens, photo lab and a basketball court. The project is complete.
