The project consisted of  the conversion of an existing 190,000 sf warehouse and office facility into a new olive oil and chocolate distribution and processing facility. The new facility includes a 46,000 sf olive oil processing and bottling plant and 91,000 sf of warehouse distribution space. The two story office area was also renovated as part of this project.
