Brooklyn Navy Yard

This project consisted of renovation of approximately 34,000 sqft of space. The existing building is being updated to meet current building codes and upgraded to provide full fitout for a seafood processing tenant. The project includes office, processing areas and refrigerated storage. The project is currently in construction.
