The project consisted of renovations to an existing 28,400 sq ft office/manufacturing facility. The renovation/expansion included an addition of approximately 17,100 sq ft which included a new freezer, refrigerated loading dock, dry storage and a new garbage room. The renovations also included expanding the production area and other miscellaneous renovations. The project is complete.
