This project consisted of providing a facility survey to identify and document the existing utility capacities and general overall distribution to verify the adequacy of these systems to support the proposed process upgrades including the installation of a new cocoa bean processing line. The utility survey included the following systems: Hot water, cold water, electrical power, compressed air, steam and condenser water. After the existing utilities were documented and confirmed we provided the design of the HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing Systems required to install the cocoa presses and liquor storage tank farm.

Our Mission

We understand that our clients have to live with and maintain the designs we provide, and that many clients ultimately have an end-user with specific needs that must be met. Balancing the needs of both the client and end-user is one of the most important factors in the overall success of a project.

– Brian Tannenhaus

We adhere to a simple “client first” philosophy where an extensive evaluation of both client and end-user needs are considered first and foremost in every project we undertake. This ensures each client will get the results they are looking for.
