BD Engineering designed the HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Refrigeration Systems for the expansion of the Baldor Produce facility located at 155 Food Center Drive in Bronx, NY.
The project includes an approximate 108,000 sqft expansion of their existing facility that included cooler expansions, expanded refrigerated receiving areas, expansion to the office mezzanine. The office expansion was approximately 24,000 sqft of class A office. The plans included upgrading the existing generator systems to accommodate the additional loads. The project is complete.
