Baldor Produce

This project consisted of renovations to an existing approximately 200,000 sq ft office/warehouse/processing facility. The renovation/expansion included the addition of approximately 4,050 sq ft of new mezzanine space and also included renovations of all of the mezzanine level offices and the total renovation of the first floor spaces to include a new food processing area. The project includes office, processing areas and refrigerated storage. The project is complete.
